Questions, a land status that looks wrong, or a bug? Email support@terratrack.dev. In the app, More › About & data sources › Send feedback fills in your app version for you, and tapping the map then "Report a land status problem" includes the spot.

Common questions

Does it work without signal? Yes, for areas you save first: on the map, tap More › Save this area offline. Saved areas keep their maps, data and a 7-day forecast.

Where are my pins and tracks stored? Only on your phone. There's no account. Use Saved › ••• › Export to back them up; deleting the app deletes them.

Can I import from onX, Gaia GPS or CalTopo? Yes. Export GPX, KML or KMZ from that app, then use More › Import, or choose "Open in TerraTrack" from Files, Mail or AirDrop.

I bought Remove Ads on another phone. More › Settings › Restore purchase, signed in to the same Apple Account.

Tracks stop when the screen is off. Set TerraTrack's location access to "Always" in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services.

Is the land status official? No. It's an estimate from public records (CPAD, BLM, CDFW and others). Always check boundaries, signs and current CDFW regulations.
